We start with two full weeks of classroom-style training led by our most dynamic team members. Whether you require advanced internal training or a series of sessions, we will work with you to guarantee that the training programs are tailored to your needs and challenge you to be your best version. After two weeks of classroom-style training, you will be assessed daily to ensure you prepare to take the final test before going out to the field.

As you put your talents to work in the field, you will obtain real-time feedback and direct mentorship to help you enhance your skills and approach. This feedback will emphasize your progress and growth through 1-on-1 training. Our managers will regularly monitor and invest in the team’s development. This guidance will help the associate better understand their job roles within their role and build their self-esteem.

Once your Accelerate certification is complete, we’ll move to invest in your future success by getting the right spot for you in our firm. Because of the type of clients we serve, we have job openings in marketing, customer service, sales and more. Additionally, promotions rely on an individual’s merit and hitting qualifications.
